Vancouver home prices rose in July, continuing the upward trend.
The avg home price in Vancouver ↑ 0.6% MoM, reaching just over $1.2M.
Sales ↑ 28.9% yearly, reaching 2,455 homes sold.
Despite the increase, sales remained below the 10-yr seasonal avg of 2,909.
New listings in Vancouver ↑ yearly from 3,975 to 4,649 in July 2023.
