West Vancouver leads in high costs, averaging $3,624 for one-bedroom rentals. However, some neighborhoods offer more affordable options. Sunset-Victoria Fraserview has the lowest average rent at $1,976, followed by Marpole at $2,072 and Hastings-Sunrise at $2,200. Other affordable areas include Killarney, Renfrew-Collingwood, and Dunbar-Arbutus, with prices under $2,300.
